Headstamp question??

[SSN Vet]

I recently scored some .45 acp range pick up brass and a good % of them have ICC as the head stamp.

Brass cases, boxer primed, large primers with red sealant around them.

Could someone please shed some light on what this is!

Thanks for the heads up...

Our local PD uses our club's range, so I'm guessing that they were the "donars" seeing as:
1. According to their web. site, ICC only runs no-lead frangible "duty" ammo
2. 2/3 of what I scavanged was .40 S&W.
3. every one else at the club seems to be as tight a scrounger as I am

any body ever reload it?

any issues?
