When I wanted Trijicons for my Glock 27, I just took it over to Kiesler's and they did it on the spot. (With the tool.) Took less than 10 minutes. I didn't even have to adjust them. They were spot-on from the very start.
The sights on my PM9 look the same. Just push them in. Anybody else have a gunshop like Kiesler's install night sights for them rather than send the slide (or maybe the WHOLE pistol) back to Kahr?

Thanks,
KR

My local shop does glocks on the spot too, but they kept my kahr k9 overnight, I didn't ask why. I sent my mk9 slide to kahr for the nightsights, the whole gun would cost too much to ship but the slide is cheap to send since it is not considered a gun........tom

Kahr sight installation

Kahr installed my night sights for $20 and that included shipping back to me. It cost $3.85 to ship just the slide to them USPS. My local gun smith wanted $45 to install them, I told him of Kahr's price and he smarted off to me to send it to them. I did and I'm happy I did.

I got night sights for my P40 from Kahr and installed them myself. No biggie, used a magnifying glass to see from which side the original sights had been installed from and drove out the originals back the way came in with a brass punch and a small hammer after making careful measurments of the notch and blade locations relative to the sides of the slides using a dial caliper.

Drove the new ones in from the same direction as the originals were installed and positoned the blade and notch to the same relative locations. After a range test verified they were dead on, put a drop of locktite on each side of the dovetail.
