I have a 7.5'' ruger redhawk and am looking to put night sights on it for hunting. I have been looking at meprolight's products and they have a sight made for the super redhawk but not for the redhawk. I have called both ruger and meprolight and depending on who I talk to some claim the sights will still fit and others say they wont
. When I look at the ruger website though the part numbers for the rear sights are exactly the same for both the redhawk and super redhawk. This makes me think that they would fit the redhawk even though they are not specifically made for this model.
Are the SRH and redhawk sights interchangable or no? Does anyone have any experience with nights sights on a ruger redhawk? What set up do you use, and which sights did you get?
