Nightforce scope

Has anybody ever seen a fixed power Nightforce scope? I saw one that's 15 power fixed with a 56mm objective lens and an illuminated varmint reticle. Is it a fake? It said Nightforce Superb Optics or something like that on the side. Made in Japan for sure. Comments?

I'm not a nightforce expert, but I would be suspicious... 15X fixed???

Looked around for a minute, didn't see any fixed power anything.

NF optics are not made in Japan, they are made in Orofino, Idaho. Also, they do not make a fixed 15x scope. Furthermore, they are called Nightforce Optics, not Nightforce Superb Optics.

Let me correct the incorrect statement that was included in my last post. NF glass and tubes are manufactured in Japan, then assembled at their facility in Orofino, Idaho. The bottom of the tubes are marked "Made in Japan." The fact that NF glass and tubes in no way, shape, or form compromise the quality of their products.

However, I still believe that the scope you were looking at was a fake.
