[I know. Paying $70 for a box of twenty not too common rifle rounds will make your decision even more smart. Why not just stop now?

I've never been stupid enough to pay $70 for 20 rounds!

Powder Valley will ship powder and primers together in same package. That really helps.
Our just built Gander Mt. store does not carry reloading supplies at this time, management said corporate is considering it in the near future, hope so.
Recently bought 10K of primers from Powder Valley. Delivered price was $302.80. Right to my front porch. Local price would have been $541.25
Because you reload.[I know. Paying $70 for a box of twenty not too common rifle rounds will make your decision even more smart. Why not just stop now?

Stop reloading because of $30/k primers you'll have to pay for factory. Many factory loads are way more than $70 for 20. Do you follow?
I think not buying those CCI SPP was a mistake on your part, especially since you were already paying the hazmat fee. I use mostly CCI SPP and I have never had a problem with them. I also use Winchester when CCI's are unavailable with the same good results.Just placed an order with Powder Valley about a week ago.
No Winchester SPP available. I think they had some Tula or CCI SPP...since I don't have any experience with ether (and have heard varying reports on both) I just went with the LPP. Since I shoot far more .45acp than everything else put together, I am okay with that for now.
Canada is the the USA, you don't have Obama to spark panic buying. The shortages are being cause by panic buying because many are afraid Obama is going to limit access to anything that has to do with shooting. They feel he can't take our guns he will try to make ammo and components so scarce we can't shoot those guns!I live in Canada and I pay $27.50/1000 when buying 5000 CCI small pistol primers locally.
I can get Federal small pistol primers for $33.00/1000 at my local range.
I've only been shooting for 2 years now and have never seen any shortages in primers or powder since.
No matter when I visit the club they always have palettes of primers on hand.
Our prices actually have been coming down since the volume of primer sales have been increasing.
RATS! was in their store a few days ago and the had 4lb. jugs of unique on the shelfs (nothing else) was HOPING this was a sign of things to come. My son has been in your Ocala store and said it's the same as the one they just opened here in Valdosta.Don't count on it - ours in Ocala got rid of it all and it isn't coming back - they still stock powder, but that is it
