I just picked up a Norinco 213 yesterday and want to know what Tokarev models are interchangeable with mine. I have been looking around on Numrich and have found that the 1930 schematic looks like the same gun (expect for wrap around grips). I'm wondering if i can use any parts from the following models:
1930, 1933, 213A, TU-90, TT-33 or the T-54.
Last night i was testing the cycling of the gun and found that it hung up when the slide was released and that a few times is would not eject the last round in the mag. Also notice a few time that it would feed onto the round it was ejecting. Keep in mind i was only pulling the slide back manually and letting it go forward on its own (very slow action there) Still have not fired. Trying to familiarize myself with it first.

I have a Norinco 213 and it is one of the most accurate 9mm handguns that I own. It certainly can't hurt to try a different spring, you can always swap it back out if it doesn't fix the problem. That said, hand cycling isn't always the best predictor of real world performance, I have an SKS-D which has never failed to be reliable, but when I hand cycle it, I do have feeding problems with it. Before you drop a significant amount of cash on new parts do try it at the range and see if it gives you any issues. You may very well find that you are worrying about a problem that doesn't exist when you apply 35,000 psi of pressure to the slide.

I would think that you should be able to use almost any parts from the 213A in your pistol, and most likely the T-54. Both of those pistols were manufactured by Norinco and would be very similar (if not identical) to your pistol, but I am not a gunsmith.

Don't change any parts before you shoot it. Remember the adage " If it ain't broke, don't fix it !"

CLEAN THE GUN, and if that doesn't fix it, the check out wolf springs, they make tok springs, and most things interchange for most of the toks.
