Northern NJ gunsmith needed for some 1911 work

Hey all,

I need to get the following work done on my bone-stock Colt Series 70:

1. Machine frame to accept beavertail grip safety

2. Machine dovetails in front & rear of slide to accept current-production night sights

3. Complete refinish in a protective coating (not blued or hard chrome, however).

Does anyone know if I can accomplish all of the above at one gunsmith all together? I would like to avoid sending out the gun to multiple smiths.
