Tested some Nosler 60 grain BT Varmint today out of my 18" 223 Wylde AR15. Loaded up using CFE223 from 25.8 grains to 26.8 grains (27 is max add load). No pressure signs at all, last load averaged around 2850 fps, which is probably a little low. Best SD was a lower load around 17. First and lowest load would not even lock the bolt back after last round. Groups could be better. Anyone rsle loaded these pills with CFE or H335, or any other good combo that works for you?

I have loaded a Nosler 60gr Partition with H335 and Varget. I charge 25.0gr Varget and the same 25.0gr of H335. The H335 load generates more velocity. Both are very accurate. I used the Varget load in a bolt action rifle.

The 60 BT is about all I load for my AR,and they work great in my bolt gun too.I run CFE223 at the max load in Hodgon's data.I also use Varget in the 223 a lot,and have found it to be a little more accurate, but slower and the grains don't work as good as CFE in the powder measure.

I load 60BT, but to 5.56 pressure using LC brass and Varget by using a 4" dr0p tube to get the load in. I'm getting 2837 out of a 16" Larue PredatAr barrel (Wylde chamber) with no signs of pressure. I went with Varget as my Coyote load due to the temp "insensitivity".

Accurate round 2230/xterminator 24.4 ,556 pressures in wylde chamber. 16"ARPerformance barrel. Maybe hot in yours!
