Not wure on the Gunbroker site price check

I was looking at Winchester Pigeon grade 20 gauges' on Gun Broker and am a bit surprised at the prices (high?). I have been thinking about sellin my Pigeon Grade XTR featherweight 20 ga. fixed chockes M & IMP. 98% mint with the Winchester hard case, it has been fired about 10 times. I bought it new in the early 80's.

Can anyone give me an idea on the value?
