I keep one of the Endowment member versions of the round NRA window sticker on the inside of the right side of the windshield of my Trailblazer. Driving a SUV with the NRA sticker shows I am politically incorrect and I like to fly my colors! Odessa

I'm an NRA member but no sticker on the car. Don't want added attention. Just like, I don't put USGA stickers on my car either. Thieves might think there are golf clubs in the trunk.

I have my NRA and GOA stickers in my windows, a front NRA license plate, and my Linuxgruven sticker on my rear bumper.

One more geek with guns. :D

On the rear window of my Explorer and on the front door of my house. I have also had tailgaters back off as someone else noted earlier.

Used to post it on my rear glass in my truck.
No longer since it raises such questions.
No, I'm not a communist.

Yep, back window of my silverado,NRA,NRA Certified Instructor,NRA RSO.

GLOCKabilly, Thats a heckofa sticker you got there! I like it.:D

Have it right on the back window of my f-150 with my ,I love my ak-47 sticker:what:

Yep, one NRA Life sticker on each side rear window. I've seen some soccer moms give me funny looks, but hey, too bad. :D

Horny Toad

I generally do not put ANY stickers on my car that are not required by law. By nature I am shy and retiring ( :D ) and do not like to call attention to myself...until it's too late for my opponent to notice and react.

No NRA sticker on the new buggy.

On my old mini-van I had the "Practice Random Kindness and Sensless Acts of Beauty" and "Visualize Whirrled Peas" stickers though. I was real stealthy back then. Discrete is neat.

NRA member - but not the bumper sticker type.

However, living here in the PRK, I do fantasize about about adding an NRA sticker to the bumper of the local obnoxious soccer mom-mobile with the "Re-elect Gray Davis" bumper sticker on it.

"Lucy - you have some explaining to do..." :D

Wouldn't want to waste a perfectly good NRA sticker, though.

Yep...all my vehicles have the NRA roundel sticker prominently displayed on a left-side window. Not quite as obvious as the 'Gore-Free Tennessee' bumper stickers, but noticeable nonetheless.

I have one on my rear window but I'm thinking of removing it for two reasons.

Around here people are generally anti-gun and the police are no exception. I'm told that most police around here consider an NRA sticker to be probable cause to search you and your car for guns. I haven't been pulled over for some time so I haven't confirmed it but from what I've seen of local cops I believe it. Anyway, I generally don't have the time to be inconvenienced with a search if it's true.

It does make a car more of a target for thieves hoping to find guns and other valuables. I've also read that it increases the chances of having your home broken into (a car w/ an NRA sticker probably belongs to a gun owner thus the house it is parked in front of probably contains guns). Isn't increased safety from criminals one of the reasons we have guns to begin with?

GLOCKabilly,

The sticker illustrator needs to take lessons on handling a trigger. The kid is wearing the revolver like it was a set of brass knuckles.
