So far 84% of us load for 5 or more. I'm a little surprised it's that high.
I load regulary:
38/357
9mm
45 Colt
45 ACP
.243 Win

Sometimes:
44mag
25-06

Starting this summer (though I have loaded in the past already):
30-30 Win
30-06 Springfield

.38spl, .380acp, 9mm, .44spl, .45acp, and .30-30 so far.

Right now I'm using Unique and R15 for everything.

"How many cartridges do you reload/handload?"

Now that's a bit of useless trivia, is it not?
Not really, I was interested in knowing how many cartridges the average person on this forum reloads.

If anything was useless it was your remark.

good one, ok back on topic. :neener:
I load for 38, 357, 40, 264WM, 300RUM, 270WIN, 7MM, and am going to start loading 223, and 243 here shortly.:)

Calibers I have reloaded...

.38 SPL
.357 Mag
.45 Colt
.454 Casull
.40 S&W
.308 Win

And very shortly, .358/.25 WSSM

Have dies for but have not loaded...

9mm
.380
7.62x39

Dies I need...

.223 Rem
.30-06

22 - more than I thought until I counted noses for this thread:

.32 S&W Long
.380 ACP
.38 S&W
.38 Special
.357 Mag
.357 SIG
.40 S&W
.44 Mag
.45 ACP
.45 AR
.45 Colt
.223
.22-250
.25-06
.270 Win
.30-30
.300 Win Mag
.35 Rem
.410 bore
28 ga.
20 ga.
12 ga.

Another way of looking at it is I load for everything I shoot except, obviously, the rimfires.

Five:
.380
9x19
38 Spl
357 Mag (separate from 38 Spl because it uses different cases, bullets, powder)
30-30 Win

Given how much space I need to store the tools and components for just these calibers (not to mention the $$$) I'm probably done at five.

Odd, from a self-declared FFL 06/07. Just put on that foil hat before you answer, so they can't read your mind. :)

My conservative offhand guess is 16 or 17. I cast bullets for almost all of those, too.

I would bet that a year ago the percentage would be well over 90%. Lots of new reloaders thanks to o and prices going through the roof on ammo.

About 25, mostly pistol.

27 total. I may have forgotten a couple.

223, 220 swift, 222 rem mag, 221 fireball, 243 win
243 ackley, 270 short mag, 7mm mag, 7x30 waters
7mm08, 30-30, 308 win, 30-06, 300 wby, 35 whelen
416 rigby, 45-70 govt, 458 win mag, 35 rem
9mm, 38, 357, 40, 41, 44, 45 acp, 45 colt

Looking at the list shows a need for a 25, 338, and a 375. Time to start shopping.

I think 35 not counting shotguns, I'll have to count to be sure.

Let's see....

.380
9 Para
.38 Super
.38 Special
.357 Magnum
.44 Special
.44 Magnum
.45 ACP
.223
.308
30 WCF

I don't own a 30-30 or a .223 anymore but I'll get more soon enough. Also I'd really like to add .41 Magnum to the list. :D
