Finally finished paying off my Easy Pay Life and am now a full-fledged NRA Life Member. Took me about 4 months, sending most of my money made from instructing.

From now on, my money goes to the ILA instead of towards membership!

It feels good!

Be sure to keep heat on the political wing as they run astray with regularity. I believe from our experience in Colorado that the NRA would back a communist as long as they voiced support for the 2nd Amendment.

Thank you. The NRA is on the front lines fighting the battles with Congress to protect our freedom in a way no other organization can .

I've been a Life Member since 1970! :D

Dues back then were $100 for life membership. :what::eek::neener::neener::neener:

Since, have upgraded to Benefactor Life Member.

Congrats to you!! You have put your money where your mouth is.

Lots of posters on this forum are "not" NRA members. The ones who always seem to have a $1,000 to buy this or that but can`t seem to afford a membership at any level with the NRA!

They are getting a free ride on the backs of all NRA members!!!!!!!

I am a few payments behind you ... EPL.... but I'll be right there with you payed up guys before long ...

I am also a member of the Georgia Carry Org ... which does much good 2A work in GA ... even more targeted at GA levels than does the NRA ... they are smaller bites ... but very helpful ... and have been very active in getting CC laws changed here ....

Both Orgs are worth the time and outlay...

Agreed 100%. Besides the NRA, I'm an annual member of the Second Amendment Foundation, Association of New Jersey Rifle and Pistol Clubs, New Jersey 2nd Amendment Society, Pennsylvania Rifle and Pistol Association as well as the Revolutionary War Veterans of America.

All of these organizations do great things for our second amendment freedoms and I will support them as long as I can afford to do so!

Good job. I went life in 1978 and have progressed through Endowment, Patron and now Benefactor. They don't stop asking for money, though.
No regrets.

Awesome. They're the biggest dog in the fight, and yes the smaller & more local pro freedom groups are sure worth helping as well.

Congratulations, and thank you for continuing to donate to the NRA-ILA.

I would ask you also look into the NRA legal defense fund as well, it's your money and your choice where it goes but that's good place to fund as well.

And again, congratulations.

Welcome aboard, call the NRA and ask them if you get to vote this time for Board of Directors. 800 672 3888

See the thread on Soldier of Fortune endorsements I posted

I signed up for Life in 67 on deferred plan, paid it off in 72 and they didn't backdate my status.

Again welcome.
