We're also an employment-at-will State; stick to your guns and you'll find yourself looking for another job.Ohio is not a right-to-work state. An employer can fire a non-union employee for having the wrong hair color, if they desire. The McDonald v. Chicago Supreme Court ruling still only applies to firearms possession in the home - they never addressed carrying a gun in public or at work.
