This has been talked about in General so I thought I'd start a new thread with a place and time.

Tusco Rifle Club will have the first steel plate shoot of the year on March 25th starting at 10AM and running till approx 3PM. This shoot is open to the public, membership is not required.

This is a "run what you brung" shoot. Want to get the old level gun out, here's your chance. Got an old side by side that you don't want to dress up to shoot, you can bring it too. Got an Uzi or Tommygun, come on down. Old mil-surp or black powder, bring it.

The range only runs on a couple basic rules. Safety first and no tracers. Shooters and visitors will need to have eyes and ears. That's about it. If you own it legally you can shoot it here.

No IDPA, USPSA or SASS rules to limit what you shoot. Bring what you want to shoot. Rifles, pistols and shotguns can all be used on one or more of the ranges used during these shoots. They usually set up on three ranges. Each is run by an RO so all three ranges run at once.

Fees ran $10 per range you wanted to use last year. You can reshoot as often as you can get to the line for your fee. Bring LOTS of ammo. You can often use more than one gun on each range for the same fee. Pistol and shotgun often overlap, as well as pistol caliber carbines and rifles. Toss in the full auto stuff and you never know what you'll find next to you on the line.

The ranges have covered firing points and a well run snak-bar open during the shoot.
