Hey Jim 100... I have to say that you may need to be a little more pro-active when it comes to guns/info and the law. The question you posed is readily available from a host of sources. You will find that especially when it come to law, you had best be checking things out for yourself. The internet is a great way to spread mis-information and taking somebodys word for something as serious as gun laws is foolish.
