Not me but...

We had a diesel mechanic in the shop when I was a kid, old school biker - I mean WWII vet hard core real-deal and he liked a .32 gun in his pocket for fun.

Well, he and Bad, Bad Leroy Brown.

not alot of modern 32s being made. typically they get ported and thats not what you really need.

lowercase,

Here's another one for you. It certainly isn't anything I'd want to conceal, but it sure is pretty.

Sorry, I know I have posted this picture several times, but it makes me smile.

Main carry has been a .32 H&R Mag in a Titanium Model 731 (Taurus)

I like those old S&W 1903's in .32S&WL and have 5 of them. (like the one in post 28) I don't typicaly carry them but they are fun to shoot, accurate, and compact. (I don't care for bob hammers however)

No.

But a real good slick Colt Pocket Positive in .32 'New Police' would not be that bad.

Mine is super slick and shoots right on the money. Cost me $350, tax included. Made in 1912 and still is tight and decent condition.

With good 100 gr. SWCHP or DPX slug it would not be all that bad.

Let's keep it on 32's. I shoot 327 Federal Magnum, but will adopt one of the lesser rounds as a sub for 22 LR, when desired.

Yes I do…in a Mika pocket holster, a S&W J frame, model 431 snubbie in 32 H&R magnum. Light, accurate, 6 shots, loaded with Blackhills 85 grain JHP.

I did in my youth. A worn out 1903 colt 32 auto which was all I could afford. It gave me a lot of comfort in my first real job, a job I wouldn't wish on anyone, let alone a Nieve, young kid like me, left alone with ... on the midnight shift. Between that 32 colt and the German Shepard attack dog that never left my side, I somehow made it through a year in that hell hole.

I never had to use it, but I did have to un-holster it twice. After I left that place I sold the 32, it just gave me bad memories.

It took 35 years for me to start to yearn for another 32 auto 1903. I guess it took that long for me to heal.

I wouldn't hesitate to carry a 32 again. I have a 327 FM Sp101 now but I carry a 9mm Shield because it's as easy to conceal as a 1903 colt.
It's pretty close to the same size.

432 or 632 if I feel like a change. The former is a nice lt. wt. BUG.

A Lady I knew that came from an anti family used a .32 Colt NP Police Positive for her night stand gun after she learned to shoot it rather well. As Florida had liberal( in the good way) gun in car laws it often rode in her vehicles. She went on to become president of an NRA club of the year and her family became enlightened. She caught a good bit of flak at the range over her choice from shooters of "real guns"which I thought was a shame. She even practiced in the house with primer powered wax bullets shooting from her bedroom.

Back when I was a young punk in my late teens and early 20's when I was not away working for Uncle Sugar I saw a number of my grand dad's buddies and relatives that still had some little .32 S&W top break or another tucked in a pocket or waist band. All maintained that some gun beat no gun.

Grand dad was more modern with some ancient solid frame Colt in .32 NP or S&W Long I don't know the model off. It worked just fine for him the one time I know he "Used" it. Would you believe a younger man was grappling through the driver side open car window for the cash box while Grand dad sat behind the steering wheel. The sight of that old Colt coming out of said cash box and being pointed at the window the bad guy was leaning in caused the thief to reconsider and leave. Another NONE SHOT stop!

I got this today. It's too nice to carry though! S&W Regulation Police from the early 20s.

reg2_zpsfd07406e.jpg

I have a hand ejector in .32 long I HAVE carried.

I keep a little S&W 32 long with 2 inch barrel in the back panel of my passengers seat every day, not really my carry gun, but an every day just in case gun. I shoot it about once a month at my range just to keep it exercised.

I don't own a .32 ACP, nor any of the revolvers. I guess I WOULD carry one concealed, if that's all there was to be had. But I think my battle plan would be to kill whatever creep's trying to kill ME, and take THEIR weapon. Unless, of course, THEY are armed with a .32 ACP/Revolver also, or something worse. There IS something worse, right? Like a .25?

Okay, if they had a really NICE .32, and I had a CRAPPY one, THEN I'd take theirs.

BTW, does "a.32" also include a Vz-61? Because I'D carry one of THOSE concealed under certain circumstances....

Just saying...

Although the VZ-61 may have it's own .32 niche, it is obviously not a .32 revolver, as in the referenced title of this thread.

I don't own a .32, but if I did, I'd carry it.

Tried it once with a Kel-Tec P32 but that gun turned out to be unreliable. The .32 may be small, but it's better than the .45 you won't carry when it's too hot outside.

If I could find a J-frame Airweight in .32 or .327 (especially) I would probably try to buy it.

Another comes my way - that I don't carry.

An antique dealer pal finally let this one and its "pocket protector" go. I've been after him to trade it off and I had a sweet little .32 semi that finally swayed him.

This is a neat little gun but absolutely not something to be relied upon in its present state regarding cycling.

Forehand Arms of Worcester, Massachusetts.

Yeah! That's what I'm talking about.

Do you know if it's BP or smokeless? Please don't shoot it 'til you find out!
I'm guessing it's BP, but you can get loads for that too. I think you already know that, but we haven't been properly introduced, yet.

Seriously, tell us more about the gun.:)

I put my SP101 .327 in rotation on occasion. Especially with the weather getting cooler makes the concealment a bit easier. Love that little gun, would love to see someone come out with a .327 lever action, talk about a great woods loafing pair.......
