overall, a good year. Next year might be rough though. Only one purchase planned but the cost will be more than 2010. Getting set up with a good deer (or anything furry and 4 legged in North America) with a scope... A Browning X-Bolt in .300wsm with something just shy of the Hubble on it for a scope =)

1925manuf.// Winchester Model 94, saddle ring with custom fitted butt extension( Ranger Pat. Pending on the recoil pad) in .32ws ---$200.00 (I was amazed at the price, the rifle is in fantastic condition , no cracks or bad nicks in the stock, nice even patina throughout the metal. I had to grab it.

1943manuf.// Colt Offical Police 38 special Heavy Barrel 6" , BPD on the practically worn smooth grips. $325.00
The patina is even throughout, starting to turn a plumb color in some areas.

I guess that ends the years Infestments, unless someone comes knocking on the door or calls with a great deal in the next 2 1/4 hours.

We don't target shoot much during deer season but tomorrows the last day so I can try them all out in the comming week.

I wouldn't normally purchase all of this stuff, but I got some great deals. 300 of the .308 bullets were given to me. I paid $9 for the pound of Bullseye and the AP was one of the greatest deals I have ever gotten on Ammo-$60 @ 192 rounds and all but 2 AMERICAN USGI.
