Taking a Break from Gun Purchases....

LOL....well....um.......when I picked up those two Mosin-Nagants that I had ordered and already paid for, I did, actually, pick up that blackpowder Kentucky Rifle for about $60 (the wife was a little ticked at me, because she wanted to get it for me for our anniversary). Since then, I haven't bought anything, so......I only made it five days, but now I'm up to 22 days. :D

I haven't bought anything else (other than ammo and targets), but I have been tempted on buying a S&W 629 for the wife as an anniversary present. I've decided to get her something else a little cheaper, though, and non-gun related (maybe something a little sparkly....no, NOT a nickle-plated or highly polished handgun :p ). I'm not looking at any more firearms, myself....at this time....but I have been seriously looking into another gun safe. We have 7 rifles that won't fit in the current safe, so they are just laying around the house. I don't have any firearms of interest that I'm looking for, but......the wife is wanting a S&W 629 (or .500), maybe a decent 223 or larger bolt action, possibly an AR-15, and whatever else tickles her fancy. With the warmer weather upon us, I think we are going to try to get out on the motorcycles more often.

You are all SICK!!!

I mean WE are all sick.
MY problem is I dont know what to get first.
Leaning towards a Springfield 1911, & OR a GLOCK 23 or 27.
Probably the 1911, and some leather holsters.

I called AA but they wouldnt help.

AND my wife is starting to ask questions, such as "where can I take a shooting course?" oh well, there goes my SW 317 kit gun (DAMN, I will have to replace it)

Kramer,

Don't worry about it. Since the thread started I've bought three which is a serious challenge in California (one gun a month program). I have to keep bringing beer to my FFL for rent. :what:
