kelTec charged me 18 bucks to send the pocket clip for P-32 I order over phone, and never asked about shipping . They have always sent these post office in small bubble envelope couple stamps. have in 2 or 3 days. When nothing in mail box after 7 days I called that when I was informed ups delivery that day and the price. I went off . They told me to many complaints about Post office. I sent a letter to KelTec no answer. I won't order from them again my dealer stocks mags and such I let him pay shipping.

This is what the "wish-list" function is for. Mags and floorplates and cleaning supplies should be stockpiled there until you get a decent-sized order in the cue. UPS basic is a pretty cheap shipping option that more of the online retailers are offering now too.

One of the reasons I comparison shop, an order in a 7.95 flat rate box, but $15 more is MUCH cheaper than an express shipped FEXEX or UPS

BTW, one of the reasons Midway gets my business.

I'm not sure if this is relevant for the OP, but I have done a lot of shipping/receiving for online orders and phone orders, and our prices and costs were much lower than anything I have found for anything in the firearm related market. Our base price for UPS ground was $6.95, $13.95 for second day air, and $21.95 for next day air, for all online and phone orders. Our biggest problem came from a UPS change in policy that made us charge an additional $1.95 for each additional item, which was automatically added to orders online, and we couldn't get around it. But if we took an order over the phone we could just shove as much stuff into one box as possible... And for anybody curious, on our system, box weight had only a fraction of influence on shipping charges, i.e. a five pound box and 15 pound box cost difference would be around $0.50.

When you are dealing with organizations that do a lot of shipping with one carrier you should be paying a reduced shipping price as the company should incur a lower shipping cost through the sheer volume of shipping with their selected carrier.

-let me know if this makes no sense
