Opinions of ATI stock on a Hi Point 995

I'm thinking about a Hi Point 995 with an ATI stock. I'm rerunning searches on this forum and others because I thought I remembered seeing some type of problem with the ATI stock on that gun. Am I remembering wrong, or are there problems with that stock on the Hi Point?

I like the look of the ATI stock. The gun will be used for fun. Not going into battle with it.

What I really want is a CX4 but am not willing to spend that kind of money for a toy that won't be used much. So any thoughts on the ATI are welcome.

I had one. The stock was nice. It was on the gun when i bought it. I don't how difficult it is to install.

The hipoint was reliable, but i didnt like the lack of hi cap mags and accessories. I sold it.

I bought a used 995 that came with an ati stock on it that I still have. I like the stock as it feels solid, doesn't burn my eyes with ugliness, and most of all from a practical standpoint - the stock is perfect height for me, just the right cheek weld with the RDS I use. YMMV

I think the only issue with them is they don't fit the 4595. But since I no longer own a hi Point and never had the ATI stock, I'm firing from memory.

I had to do just a little filing on mine when I put it on, but it wasn't too bad.
I like the looks and as was mentioned, it feels very solid.
I have heard that if you ever have to send it in for warranty work, you should put the original stock back on.
