With primers so hard to come by lately, I noticed that Grafs has S&B small & large pistol primers in stock.

I've never used them, and in the past, hadn't been inclined to purchase anything but Winchester, Remington, Federal, or CCI. However, I'm not sure if I can continue to reload while maintaining my high moral standards.

Does anyone have any experience with these? Are they crap? How do they perform compared with the more "respectable" brands.

Thx.

I went through about 10K with no problems at all. These were both small pistol and large pistol. I wouldn't hesitate to buy the again.

Considering how long S&B have been around, all the ammo they make, more than likely use their own primers, I'd say it's a pretty good bet they'll work just fine. This reminds me of people asking in 1977; Are those Toyotas and Hondas any good?

They are more respected in Europe then Winchester & Remington.

Sellier & Bellot JSC celebrates its 193th anniversary this year. It is not only one of the oldest engineering companies in the Czech Republic, but also one of the oldest companies in the world. It has been manufacturing products bearing its trademark uninterrupted since 1825.
They didn't get where they are today making inferior products.

I just picked up 5000. After watching the TUL primers go on powder valley i got these before these did too, ive never used the primers but i have shot tons of SB ammo with zero issues.
