Got a Question for ya, I work part time in a sporting goods store, and I had a guy come in about a month ago and buy a used American Arms 10 ga. turkey spl o/u , after telling him he might have problems finding accesories and spare parts for it, and that the quality (even had a hard time typing that word when talking about that gun) was not what I would call great and showing him some better guns that would do the same thing better and for the same price or a little better, and givimg him my save now pay later speech, was mad as heck and could not belive that he would have a problem of any kind with the gun when he went out hunting with it (ever hear of testing a gun first and ,oh I don't know , maybe patterning the gun before you hunt with it)I guess that when he fired the top barrel first, the bottom worked fine, but bottom first, the top did not fire....Or am I just nutz?????:scrutiny: :banghead:

Although I truely beleive that you gave the guy sound advice, and that one should test/pattern their new gun before going afield...there is a bit of a contradiction.

When a store offers a firearm (or any product, for that matter) for sale, and then a sales rep tries NOT to sell it to a customer (even if for good reason) It leaves one with a catch-22...The gun should not even be in the store, if the seller can't reccommend that the gun be purchased...
