OR nonresident permit question

Been thinking about applying for a OR nonresident permit. Anybody have a take on what the Coos County Sheriffs policy on granting nonresident permits is?

Are you a resident of a bordering state? If not I don't think you can get an OR non-res permit.

That pretty much makes sense to the above.

You need to show proof of identification and if you have one from out of state, doubt you'll get a permit.

I was thinking of the same thing, since I'm taking a trip to OR.
