Ordered an H&K 3 months ago and I still dont have it!

I ordered an H&K in 40 S&W over 3 months ago from a big gun store and I still dont have the gun.
Its the P2000 with a decocker....
Has anyone had to wait long while ordering a gun?drf

"Ordering" a gun that the distributors don't have yet does not put you at the front of the line. Everybody has them on order. As far as I know, nobody has them.

Back in Obendorf they must have run out of full moon harvested magic tactical pixie dust to sprinkle on the $700 plastic guns to make them worth the money.

we started to get our in March or so, I picked up my 40 LEM last month. I have yet to see anything but the 40 LEM V2s, we have sold several in the past few weeks. I hate to hear about your wait, but it will be worth it when it arrives

Drf: When I turned 21 (nearly 2 years ago) I special ordered a Stainless H&K USP Compact in variant 3. Variant 3 has a de-cocker only, with no funky manual safety position. It took about 2 months for it to arrive. Also, you should go into the store where you purchased it, or call them up to ask how the order is coming along. One day I did just that and there it was. I don’t know how long they had it there, or why they didn’t call me up?

Keep in mind the safety position when ordering holsters. Most hard molded holsters will be made for a gun with it’s safety in the on position.

I probably still have an order in to HK for a different height rear sight for a USP .45.

I ordered it when I got the gun, which was when they came out.
I traded the gun off around 1998.
