Our legislature is in session, and while we don't yet know what will pass and what won't, we have the following firearms bills in process:
1. No concealed carry permit required for anyone 21 or older who is not a prohibited person.
2. Pilot program for firearm safety training in public schools.
3. Our own Lawful Commerce in Arms Act.
4. Adults who are not prohibited persons can concealed carry on intrastate buses. Now, you need a concealed carry permit.
