I heard that was a problem for a while, so when I received my P365 a couple of weeks ago, I stripped it down to clean it. It was the cleanest new pistol I've ever seen inside. No grease, no shavings, no grit, and just a nice even coat of light oil over everything. I specifically swabbed out the striker channel and inspected it and it was very clean. Put it back together with some CLP and it has been flawless so far.How well did you clean it before you shot the gun? I have seen some P365's so coated in grease that we use half can of brake cleaner just to get all the crud out this included the striker channel and recoil spring assembly.
That said, It is my belief that any well fit gun needs a couple of hundred rounds fired to smooth things out. If I were you I would run a couple boxes of 147 grain ammo following a complete de-greasing and re-lubing before calling Sig.
