Got my P3AT, with an extra mag, as a very unsuprising Christmas present.
She got her bracelet, also no suprise, since she picked it out, and so, for now, all's well with the world.
As far as the AT goes, it's got 100 Blazers through it, half hollow point, half FMJ. No FTF at all, a real suprise, but at least four FTE, normally on round 6 of the 7 available. Seems split between the two mags, so I doubt a mag problem at this point.
It does appear that the slide stop's backing out between mags, causing increased friction, ect. Then too, I think very bad things about blazer ammo, except that it's snowing up here, and I'd not recover the brass 'till spring, and then only if it wasn't an embedded part of the (dirt) driveway!
Ugly it may be, but it does seem to work, and I like the weapon for either backup, which I've not done to date, or when you can't carry anything else.
So, if anybody's had the same problems, a word from the wise would be appreciated.
As final comments;
While you'll have no doubt you've fired a round, the recoil isn't
even close to the old Sigma, and even the better half can handle
firing it, although she's not likely to be able to load it.
Mine seems to shoot low, by a lot, working on "Coke" cans at 15
feet. And that would seem to be an owner problem...
