Try a Google of rifle lettering paint or similar. There are several ways to go about it.Looks awesome!! How are you getting that done?
I bought the paint at WM in the arts & craft section. I bought the non-acetone fingernail polish remover in the makeup section. First, tear a few business cards into halves. Use the polish remover to clean any oil, grease, and fingerprints from the surface. Let it air dry. Use a toothpick to apply just enough paint to cover the letters. Then, very carefully, spread/remove the excess paint from where you just applied it, with the flat edge of the business card. Give the paint about 3-5 minutes to dry. Then, with a cotton t-shirt patch, wet it with polish remover. Not too much! Slowly and very easily rub the excess paint from the letters and around them. If you rub too hard you will remove the paint from the letters. After about 30-45 minutes, repeat the polish removal again to clean any excess paint away. Then, sit back and enjoy your work.Looks awesome!! How are you getting that done?
Um, when I painted my Ruger "Phoenix", I should have used a Fire Engine Red finger nail polish. Maybe I still can, just leave it as is and paint over it. If it doesn't come out correct I can just strip the paint and start over.Um...Not a Phoenix...it's a highly-stylized Eagle.. Nice work, tho.
Are KNS pins a bad thing to have???
Did you buy my rifle? NO! If YOU buy me an AR-15 then I will paint it the red your a** color is going to be after you read my reply, if that's the color you choose!I was hoping to see a camo painting thread, instead I see some lame color fill.
