Painted my AR again

Depends on the paint. Most of it holds up well, even under hard use. I have shotguns that I painted with Testors almost 20 years ago now, that still have the same paint jobs. The paint is somewhat beat up and worn at contact points, but still does its job well.

If you want to be able to strip it and do ity again, use Testors. If you go with Aluma Hyde II or Duracoat, its fairly permanent.

Be careful!

Once you start, its hard to stop. Better hide the dog too. :)

I've got a bullpup I've painted with tan, textured "stone" paint. Nice finish and the texture "nubblies" give a great grip.

GREAT thinking with the laundry bag! Nice work.
