Palmetto Armory AR-15 Lower

Hello,

I am new to the group and looking for some answers. I know someone who knows someone who might own an early palmetto armory ar15 lower. Milled receiver. Problem is she tends to studder. All parts were changed out to TRUE AR-15 parts to include the bolt assembly. She still studders. The lower has been disassembled and a new DPMS lower purchased which works just fine. I've read in this forum that Palmetto Armory is long time gone. Has anyone had a or knows someone that might have had a simullar problem with Palmetto lowers and can offer advice?
