this post is one of the reasons I have always stated that the gov should follow the constitution.I dont trust the courts and I have reason not to.I came from a much freer time pre ww2.the cop on the beat had been there since he joined "hi officer ***"hi son".they knew us and we knew them.the police kept the peace, not enforce some activists laws. If they can make use all felon or mental cases to win their agenda they will.I dont think any of you realy have lived in a free time.

My quote function will not work or I don't see it here. Sorry about that!

Dear Teddy,

I agree with you there. It was different for me as a KID growing up. I am a summer of 1950 baby. When I see the changes now, the attitude, the abuse of authority from all professions... it makes me SAD and angry that our citizens let this garbage happen to them.

There are good and bad in all professions... in ALL people too!

I was raised that the policeman was your friend and if you needed HELP... scream, kick if you can, run, go to an adult or seek a peace officer aka your local policeman.

It is very sad... so many don't have a clue on real freedom. They have been brainwashed by the propaganda on the boob tube, by the Nanny State, the public FOOL system, their parents, their so called mentors (Ha ha!) and tons more.

Thank you and take care.

Respectfully yours,

Catherine

Well, I've completed the paper. It is partly a legal analysis of the fourteenth amendment, partly a discussion of psychological literature on mental illness and violence, and partly a indictment of the gun and mental health communities for doing nothing to better the situation.

I've been ill for past several weeks and so it's not as good as I had hoped, but it's not terrible either.

If anyone is interested in reading it, pm me an email address.
