I owned a stainless LDA C7.45 for several years. It functioned extremely well for a compact 1911-type pistol and the LDA trigger system is about the very easiest to learn to hit quickly and well with that I've ever run into.
The only changes I made to it (it was a "base" model; much less fancy than the on in your picture) were an ambi thumb safety (I'm a southpaw, and old habits die hard) and a set of XS "Big Dot" tritiums. It made a fine CCW, and if someone else hadn't wanted it badly enough to offer me a very considerable amount more than I had in it, I'd still have it.
