Parts by dimension? Adjustable rear revolver sight or scope mount.

I am looking for a rear sight for an obscure model EMF revolver and am not finding the part. I have taken dims on my sight groove and am looking for something to go in its place. I prefer not to machine the gun, but instead find parts off of another gun to install. All failing on replacement part procurement, I can pay someone to machine either adjustable sights or a scope mount. If anyone knows of a site that lists dims on common parts I would appreciate the info.
