All of the online sources I've found do not carry the specific parts I'm seeking. I emailed Stoeger several weeks ago and no response.

I want to modify my coach gun for CAS shooting but I want to get some replacement parts before I make the mods (in case I screw it up :) ).

I'm looking for the "lock impeller" and "lock impeller spring". Any help? Thanks.

Times sure have changed. I believe it to be a generational thing because it seems like people under a certain age are going to do business via Email or go down in flames. My children are this way. People over a certain age prefer a phone call. Some people also hide behind Email too.

I read posts all the time where people complain because they Emailed a firearms or optics company and received no response. If Email didn't work how about taking a different approach and MAKING A PHONE CALL? What have you got to lose?

Benelli, Franchi and Stoeger customer service are handled by the same group of people. I've dealt with their CS three times, bolt issue with a M2000, recoil pads for an Affinity and Vinci. The CS was great, all it took was a phone call. Many companies get such volume of Emails that it is pretty much impossible to respond to all of them.

I've also noticed a trend for companies to not post a contact phone number on their websites. The only way to get in touch with them is via Email. I try to avoid doing business with those companies at all costs though I've done it a couple of times out of necessity.

Amen brother.

Hey Virginian, I noticed your signature and was curious about something. I've never used a dating service. When you talk about accuracy is it because the women are a lot uglier in person than the pictures they post of themselves?

egunparts.com isn't Gunparts(Numrich). www.gunpartscorp.com is. No Coach Gun parts though. No mention of them at all.
Using the phone would be faster, but Stoeger's site doesn't show internal parts either.
Stoeger's customer service number is 800-264-4962. Pocomoke, MD., 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday.
You may want to look at CAS Rules first too.

Yes times have changed, and companies that want to e-tail had better change with it.

I'm old enough to remember party phone lines, but I also embrace the latest technologies, and I expect companies that I want to do business with to do the same. And I prefer my initial contact to be via email, rather than phone and be put on hold.

Not necessarily uglier, more like you wanted a single stack 1911, but a double stack Para showed up at your FFL.

I mean, you can still have some fun with it at the range. You just don't want your buddies to catch you open carrying it.

Do the parts necessarily have to be specifically for the Coach Gun? Is it not just a short-barreled version of Stoeger's other SxS guns? Honestly, I don't see that there would be much difference internally between your coach gun and my Uplander.
