The find of today turned out to be the nicest 92 I've ever seen that I didn't suspect a reblue job. It dates to 1903 and is chambered in 38wcf (38-40). The only part that seems off to me is the lack of wear on the loading gate. Overall a great old rifle in a interesting caliber picked it up with a 20ga sxs and couldn't be happier.

Awesome rifle, thanks for sharing. I love those lever guns. Especially the old Winchesters.

The definition of " A Good Day" is.........

The Day you pick up a 92 Winchester like the one pictured! :)

Someone pass the tissues.......we need a moment of silence!

    Oh what a day.....*sigh*
