Well, now, in all fairness, the handloading community is already a small segment of the new gun market; and revolvers are an ever-vanishing niche of that market. Heavy revolvers in .45Colt - with frames lighter than the Ruger and thicker than the Charter designed for a medium-heavy load - won’t sell enough units to pay for the tooling. Unless David Pedersoli can be convinced to make a special run of heavy duty Peacemakers.

It appears that Ruger isn't all that interested either. They dropped 45 Colt from the Redhawk altogether and limit interest to single action, blued NM Blackhawk. In other words, they no longer offer a "Ruger-only"-capable gun except the 454 Casull. NM Blackhawks are Tier II guns.
