We had something similar in college we would use for squad and platoon stx in Army rotc, painted black. It was an urban campus, and we frequently used the park next to campus.
I remember vividly the day 7 cop cars drove offroad toward us and said, please tell me you are rotc lol. It seems someone called the police and said terrorists took over the park with machine guns right next to campus lol. We trained without the cut outs from then on.
