It being behind a pay wall and copying the entire article instead of simply part of it is the problem.

Does not seem to be behind a paywall for everyone, if they want to take the time to find the article. I was able to find 5 different ways to read the article through different online databases and redirects; that was not even counting the databases though WorldCat that anyone with a local library card can access if they want to. But again, fair use laws would apply to an extent that would allow us view at least parts of the article and discuss without any issues.

If you disagree and since you are the ultimate arbitrator of acceptability on this forum then you should have nipped the issue in the bud.

Done. Folks can read the article for themselves however they choose to do it. But we are not going to open up THR to any possible legal issues to do so.
