Even though it has the 6" hunting barrel in the picture, I have a G20 with the 4.25" stainless barrel, glock tach light and a spare 15 round mag in the nightstand.

S&W model 67 loaded with 158gr +p swc. These are not my favorite grips but the other set on my 617 which sees more use. Not many people will reccomend my choice of ammo but they do put holes in things. Nice reliably deep .357 holes.

Primary night stand gun:

Pistols Ok, Rifles not at all, I have no way to post pics but In my opinion a double or pump scattergun in 20ga. w/ possibly a light mounted. Why a 20 and not a 12? Simple to many guns near a bed at 3am may get confusing and I know I can handle any 12 however I work nights and my wife will be the one doing the shooting. For strictly HD for a women a 20 pump cant be beat.

I only have two that I consider dedicated home defense guns, and I keep both of them in my room at all times except when I am actually out shooting them.
The only thing that is different with the mini is that I keep a loaded 20 round clip in it, as opposed to the stock 5 rounder.

Aside from these two, I also have a very reliable SKS that essentially is always in my room with me, but that I do not keep loaded. I actually prefer it to the mini in most ways, but I can swap mags a heck of a lot faster with the mini. Also, my carry gun and my 1911 are also usually in my room, so while the P90 is my bedside gun, if usually have 2 more lying around in my little sanctuary.
