I'd prefer IMR4831, RL-19, H4831, RL-22, or H4350 for the 130-150 Gr stuff (In that order of preference)
I prefer Varget and RL-15 for the 90-110 Gr bullets.
(I think eliphalet meant IMR4064, not 4046 )
If I were to pick one powder, I'd pick IMR4831, with no hesitation. Good velocity, and good accuracy with 110gr-160gr. I believe this is what most manuals and 'Pet Loads' found too.
I've found .270 Win to be very, very easy to load for. It seems quite tolerant of a wide span of bullet weights and charges.
One note: You were going to try boat-tail soft points. I've gotten good results from Seirra GameKings (3/4 to 1 MOA), but in most every cartridge I shoot, the flat based Spitzers shoot better. Both Sierra's 130 Gr Spitzer and the Hornady Soft Points with the flat bases shoot groups about half as big. To 300 yards or so, the boat-tail won't make much of a difference.
