I haven't been able to load for a few weeks now but I went out late this evening to finish a batch of 40 S&W with 5.8 gr of Power Pistol. Filled the LNL Powder measure about 1/3 full of powder, with the baffle. Tapped it several times to settle the powder and cycled about 10 loads through it. Then threw 5 loads in the pan and weighed it at 29.0 gr. Spot on for 5 loads! Then double checked the Chargemaster 1500 with check weights and they too were spot on, specifically the 5 gr weight. That's the way things are supposed to work!

It’s about time something went entirely right for a change! :)

Wait till you shoot them before thinking that way just yet!

Something's bound to go south before this story is over!

:D

9mm,

Boy went to sleep last night and woke up hijacked! :)

How about a new thread next time?

Tightgroup tiger,

So when I my shirt is stuck to the back of the stool with sweat this summer, my powder measure should work well. That's comforting! :) I miss having a basement!

Sorry about that.

It was late and I thought I had started a new thread and didn't realize I was posting in an existing one.

I've moved my question and the attached responses to another thread

BTW:

I stole a response from Tightgroup tiger when I moved the posts. It reads:

DC_art,
The humidy is going up and the static is going down. I really hate reloading when it's really cold outside. The static inside is horrendous. My measures are running much better now also. I still have to use static guard once in a while here in North Carolina. Once it gets hot and humid outside I won't have any more problems.
