I, shoot one handed. I, hold a 5lb weight for 30seconds with each arm out streached. I do this for about 20 min. 30 sec. right arm, 30 sec left arm. Every 30 sec I switch arms. I also put snap caps in the cylinder and practice the trigger pull. The weight I do every day. Snap caps, several times a week. Just wondering you you guys practice.
 
I try to do dryfire practice regularly. I do a lot of my dryfire one-handed and using a gun with a stiff DA trigger because that shows up technique issues more readily.

"Regularly" varies. It is very rare that I get through a week with no dryfire practice and it's not unusual for me to practice daily.

I also do some dryfire practice using a two-handed hold since that's how I most often shoot.
