That's funny. I thought the Second Amendment already did that.

Yeah, but the Supreme Court has to come around to our way of thinking before it really counts.
 
Im with the 5-4 group (same as heller).

I wish it would be 9-0.......... and lose a lot of respect for the system and the justices who argue against this, as it is obvious.
 
5-4 striking down Chicago's ban.

2nd Amendment incorporaated against the states but not by the standard due process clause.

Will be an "Immunity" against Federal or State interference in a "fundamental" right.

All the liberal Justices find it not a fundamental right but at least one, Ginsberg, and maybe Sotomayor, agrees that there is more to incorporation than just due process.

At least one of the Liberal Justices finds the 2nd Amendment Unconstitutional.
