Prediction: tactical revolvers next?

Remember When?
Cars were Steel, Chrome, AM/FM and Class.
Now Plastic, Backup Camera and All Alike.
Remember When?
Guns were Steel, Wood, Blue and Class.
Now Plastic, Black, Red Dot and All Alike.
Remember When?
America Had Class.
Now DRUGS, Hate, Envy and Greed.

All I hear is...
*In old man raspy voice with shakiness in it*

"Weeeeeellllll back in my dayyyyyy, we'd walk to school twenty miles in a blizzard, up hill, both to and from school.."

Back to OP.
Pic rails on the top and bottom.
Classic and more "modern" calibers should be used.
Barrels to interchange in various length?

What about a frame that could accept various caliber cylinders or barrels by swapping/converting to such caliber?
Not saying it's plausible or easily done, but could be a good direction to investigate.

The AR/Glock have a big market share, and a big reason(not the only) is modularity.

Ahhh yes, back when I could hit my wife, hide my destructive alcoholism as a personality quirk, drive drunk, beat on people as a cop, eat lead paint with my asbestos blanket, have my doctor tell me to smoke while pregnant to keep the baby small for an easy delivery, eat up my propaganda from only one source of info...

The good ole days

well signed me UP!!!!

Good call.
Do you have ideas on how to "modernize" the revolver or make it more "tactical" since it's what OP is about?

"Tactical" to me usually means more versatile/flexible to the demands of the user.

“Good Call”? Yeah right.

Did you see my post regarding the TRR8 and R8 S&W’s. With their rails you have options for optics and lights. I doubt you want to go full Mall Ninja and add a bayonet.

Is this a tactical revolver? It’s just a 629 classic with a wpa rear sight with integrated red dot rail and I had it cerakoted tungsten grey because I don’t like bare stainless that much. The trigger and hammer are still at the coater getting sprayed black.

I don't think I would like to try reloading that one with any amount of speed....likely to shred the thumb!
