My price comment was for the $1700 one at Gunbroker, by the way. The one pictured in the thread here appears to be in better condition and has better wood. Notice the auction gun has some blue going purple on the top and sort of a dull look, and what appears to be some checkering/scrapes of the finish.
Now remember I can't see the actual firearm, so I'm going by the photos. But this one looks like better than average wood, a decent amount of fiddleback and pattern in the grain. You'd need to add some more closeups of both sides of the stock and the metalwork before you put it up for sale though.
Assuming the metal is in as good a condition as the wood appears, and it hasn't been refinished, this would go at the high end, my guess is somewhere around $800+-. If you started it on Gunbroker etc. at $800, with no reserve, my feeling is it would actually sell for $8-900. Of course you might get lucky and find two bidders who really want one right now (because hunting season is coming up)
