Price Check - Sig-Sauer

I am looking at a Sig p220 locally through a private sale. Here is everything that is included:
Sig SS 220 w/ Blued Finish (not standard nitron) - Was a proto made for the Department of Homeland Security Contract
Original Barrel and Guide Rod
Bar Sto Stainless Match Grade Barrel, Guide Rod and recoil reducer/buffer
Factory Trijicon 3 dot night sights
4 Sig Mags
Blackhawk Leather IWB Holster
600 Rounds of factory ammo
Original Box and Paperwork
Barrels have been cryo processed

What would be a fair price for this package in like new condition? Thanks for the advice!

Sounds like a lot of add-ons... are they "adding on" to the price?

Don't count the extras unless they are things you would definitely purchase for yourself. Don't let someone charge you more for extras that you don't really want/need.

Is the blued finish more desirable for you than Nitron? Do you really need a Bar-sto match grade barrel? How much better will you shoot with that versus a standard SIG factory barrel? What is the purpose of cryo treating barrels in this application?

Pricing varies depending on where you live, but you can get a SIG 220 in my area in perfectly functional condition for $450-550. Say $500 for the pistol, $25 each for the mags; I wouldn't pay more than $600 because I'm not very excited about all the other stuff.

For me, anything you pay over and above that is just wasted $ unless you really were specifically looking for those exact accessories/extras.
