"MJ" from The MJ Morningshow (syndicated in FL, GA, MO & IL) was interviewing an air marshall and he said he owns a couple of Sigs and he wants to get an H&K.

Todd Schnitt, aka MJ, carries and is mostly pro-gun. I say "mostly" because he seems to be rather uneducated about 2A matters and firearms in general. He also has an afternoon show on in some markets that discusses mostly political matters.

I THOUGHT that was MJ!!!! I listen to him and swore they sounded alike..I guess he figured he needed an alias to get away from his morning show crowd.

Politics Aside....

...many radio and tv "personalities" carry. Don Imus has packed as long as I've known him, and that's a while. Many "on air" people here in S.A. have openly mentioned having CHL's, and don't hesitate to tell the audience why THEY should carry as well!

In fact, it's rare to find an opinionated air personality (who generates controversy) that doesn't carry for the obvious reason some nut may well confront them with the intent of bodily harm.

I remember doing play by play with one of the "Buck Boys" at a fight here 25 years ago. He and I were crossing the street to the auditorium when he said "here, hold this" and handed me a brown paper sack. I figured it was sandwiches or whatever, and didn't find out til we got inside that it was a loaded .357! Seems Mr. Buck had been mugged in the Busch Stadium covered parking area the year before!

S.O.B. is still on my black list for leaving me "holding the bag!"
