anyone use or try pro shot clp how does it stack up

Is Pro Shot the same as One Shot with a different branding? If the Pro Shot is the same as Hornady One Shot, it's outstanding and far superior to CLP. Like CLP, it does a reasonably good job at general cleaning, but it greatly reduces fouling as it is more of a dry lube, it lubricates much better, and provides much better corrosion resistance. Based on my usage, it provides corrosion protection comparable to Corrosion-X and Eezox.

Compared to older products, fouling occurs at a slower rate, cleaning intervals can be extended, rust need not be a concern even in more humid environments, and the parts inside a firearm will likely wear at a noticeably slower rate. I'd argue it is one of the best products currently on the market.

I have not used their CLP but I have been using many of their other products for many years. They make a very good line of solvents and oils. I used to live down the road from them. Nice people.
