I don't have a Facebook account so I can't look but I'll look on my wifes later. They told me on the phone that they don't use starline brass anymore. I did find a few other threads on other forums using a google search with deltas. One guy had 3 cases fail in one gun (and I thought I was a slow learner) with the same ammo. These round were going through the chrono at 1220 ish, I went out today and chronoed some silvertips and they chronoed at an average of 1208. They had no pressure signs on the brass and they are only 5 grains less. So I agree with you, and I told bvac they had bad brass. Granted the colt has little support, I don't think a 180 grain bullet at 1220 warrants 5 bulged pieces of brass and 1 blown out.

That being said i'm not worried about it, anyone who searches for bvac will find this thread an can decide for themselves, i've found most gun owners will ask others opinions, then do the opposite anyway. Numerous times people have ask for my opinion on a good first home defense handgun (I always tell them whichever of the
big brands feel best and let them shoot my sig, glock, Beretta, fn,) only to have them come home showing me their new high point, Jennings etc. one came back with a daewoo 9mm, wouldn't go off 3 times straight lol. Hard headed bunch we are.
