Yesterday I purchased a Galco Kydex IWB holster for my S&W 642 Airweight. While I was happy with the construction, how the gun rode, and the comfort, I also found that I couldn't draw smoothly. Upon closer inspection, I found a lip over the opening that caught repeatedly. The cylinder kept getting hung up and in a serious situation, I could be in a heap of trouble. After a little filing and sanding all is well, but I'm wondering why they put it there in the first place? Has anyone else found this too?
